Use of the site
Users have to accept and approve the Copyright statement, and follow Intercom policies for accessing and using the site and related services.
Services may include e-mail, bulletin boards, chat areas, news, forums, communities, photo albums, personal web pages, calendars, instant messaging, file archives. Users must agree to use these services properly and in respect of the law.
In particular, users can not use services for:
participating in surveys, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam activities, junk mail/postings and unsolicited communications;
abuse, harass, defame, threaten or anyway violate the legal rights of others;
upload or share files that contain images, pictures, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright or trademark laws unless user control the rights or has received all necessary authorization for doing it;
use any material or information, which are made available through the services in any way that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent of any party;
upload or share files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other similar material that may damage the operation of another user or computer's;
advertise or offer to sell, buy, trade any goods or services for any business purpose, unless it's specifically allowed;
download, use, share any file made available by another user, that you know or reasonably suppose cannot be legally used, shared, downloaded, reproduced in such manner;
create false identities;
Intercom has no obligation to monitor service usage, anyway Intercom reserves the right to rewiew user activity and eventually edit or remove any material or document by it's own discretion.
Intercom reserves the right to suspend or terminate access or services for an user any time without notice, and for any reason.
Intercom reserves also the rights to disclose any information to authorities in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, government request, legal processes. Intercom disclaims any liability related to the use of our services and any action resulting from participation of the users in them. Materials uploaded to services may be subject to limitations on usage, reproduction or distribution. Users are responsible for adhering to such limitations when downloading materials.
Usage of services may not be intepreted as any kind of relation, including partnership, associations, collaboration, between Intercom and the user.
Use of this site is permitted under above conditions, and under italian law terms.
