In order to be able to access to our services, users are required to supply their personal details to Intercom; Required details are divided in two categories: mandatory and optional, as specified in services subscription forms. In case of refusal by the user to supply mandatory details or the eventual refusal to agree with their elaboration will involve the impossibility to access and use services offered by Intercom. Optional details are needed to help Intercom to offer better services. All these information are stored on electronic databases which are property of Intercom s.r.l. located in Vaprio d'Agogna, via Piantà, n.8.
User personal details are elaborated by Intercom in respect of privacy protecion principles, also specified in Italian law D.L. 196/2003.
This statement is related to all the personal details sent by the user during registration, but also those inserted afterwards in order to activate and/or use our services. Personal detail management is made in full respect of rights, fundamental freedom, dignity, confidentiality and personal identity of users. Intercom guarantees that collected personal details are elaborated with correctness, fully respecting the law, in particular the Italian D.Lgs.196/2003, assuring complete rights protection and confidentiality of the users.
Collection of personal detail is made in order to:
being able to supply our services, information, technical services, commercial services, value added services, interactive services, pre and post sale support;
verify the quality of supplied services;
manage eventual invoices, billing and payments;
set surveys for services, marketing and statistics reasons;
satisfy authorities reqiests in order to identify users that violate laws;
supply commercial informations about services, products, special offers made or supplied by Intercom or its partners, if the user explicitly accepted this behaviour during subscription.
User has always direct access to his own details on the site, by using his access codes ("Username" and "Password"). User can add, update, edit or delete his details whenever desired, autonomously, under its own responsibility. Databases which collect personal details may be accessed by employees, partners, consultants and members of the Company. Those details may also be used by other companies related to Intercom, partners, couriers, financial partners, survey companies, and so on.
Collected personal details are property of Intercom s.r.l., located in via Piantà, n.8, Vaprio d'Agogna, Italy. The responsible for collected personal details management and protection is Paolo Agazzone.
